Cast Plexiglas acrylic tubing can be used in a wide variety of applications, including industrial goods, scientific equipment, structural supports, pet cages, candy dispensers, storage containers, jewelry, children’s toys, and many more. ePlastics® offers Plexiglas acrylic tube in many different sizes. Clear cast acrylic tubing is stocked in sizes from 1.50" OD up to 24" OD with various inside diameters and lengths up to 72" long. Lengths over 72" require two or more tubes to be bonded together. We stock wall thickness of .125", and .250", however most manufacturers offer wall thicknesses in 0.125", 0.187", 0.250", 0.375", and 0.500" in diameters up to 48" and lengths up to 96" long. Plexiglas cast acrylic tubing is more expensive than extruded plexiglass tubing due to the way it is manufactured and the labor involved in producing and polishing the material. The difference is truly amazing and required for any high stress or pressurized environments.
